The All African Independent Film Festival (AAIFF Africa) will establish itself as an integral part of the global film festival circuit. We are proud to be part of the ÉCU Film Festival Group, and we pride ourselves on being filmmakers’ film festivals. We are a community that harbours a great desire to further the careers and artistic paths of Africa’s bold and visionary independent directors, while also fostering innovation and creativity.
HOW DO WE MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
AAIFF Africa is a part of the ÉCU Film Festival Group, which consists of four festivals.
ÉCU – The European Independent Film Festival, AAIFF Asia – The All Asian Independent Film Festival, AAIFF Americas’ – the All Americas’ Independent Film Festival & AAIFF Africa. In 2025 we are celebrating the 20th edition of the ÉCU as it continues to forge an independent path forward.
